This form is for pre-ordering lunches for Teralba based on water volunteers (Bravo Course) and the Jury, for the Zhik Lake Mac NSW Youth Champs Regatta

Orders must be made by 6.00pm the night before.

Please collect your lunch from the Teralba Club Canteen before you go on water.

Please complete one form per person.
